AbstractThere is considered a number of space missions required the precise path control: docking, spot landing at the Lunar surface, rover motion control. All of them require the pilot active participation in the operations through supervisory - to teleoperation and finally - manual control.
For each missions the peculiarities of human-operator and vehicle interaction are considered. The general approach for controlled element dynamics designed based on pilot-vehicle system analysis is considered. It is given the technique for the display design provided the prediction and delay compensation, the results of the mathematical modeling and ground-based simulations. The modification of ground-based simulator including the development of necessary scenarios for the computer generator visual system are considered. The results of experimental investigations demonstrated the high potentiality of the predictive display and proposed way for the augmentation of control system in all investigated tasks.
